It has been a Fashion Mecca on the streets of NYC, following the just concluded New York Fashion Week. From Supermodels walking the streets in quirky or head-turning outfits to A-list celebrities and fashion enthusiast making their marks, the Streets of NYC has been the place to look to for all the necessary fashion inspiration.
It might have been the New York Fashion Week but the Africans were not missing a chance to storm the streets. The very admirable African diva Bonang Matheba was on on the scene, repping for Africa and spicing the streets of NYC with their remarkable fashion statements and appearances. Keep up with Bonang's NYC Style from the just concluded fashion week after the cut.

She is Africa's number one "it girl" Bonang Matheba! Most of you know her as South Africa's finest, fiercest and most fashionable on-screen diva...all in all, we love her and she is always one to look out for when it comes to all thing fashion and glam, no wonder she was invited to grace the NYFW with her presence... First we saw her jet-off to the big apple for Fashion's most anticipated annual event. She traveled in style and arrived in NYC in style and in time for some fittings. It is Fashion Week after all and someone needs to show them some black girl magic #Africatotheworld.

Bonang hit streets of NYC and left on-lookers and the paparazzi in awe and snapping away at her gorgeousness. Nice shot right?!

 For her outfit, Bonang hit the streets looking gorgeous in an adorable sheer dress by designer Maria Lucia Hohan which she anchored with some YSL black leather ankle strap heels. She looks so great, Bonang is always about the effortless slay.

    Later that day, she hit up the the Fashion Week proper attending the Leanne Marshall Fashion Show where she sat front row and got a first hand look at the New York designers Spring Collection. 

The next day, she was sparkling in sequence head-to-toe. The beauty stepped out for another eventful day looking gorgeous in a black sequence jumpsuit which she paired with a black oversize longsleeve jacket and some sparkling silver sandals. Her jumpsuit is by designer Jerome Lamar who also debuted his spring ready-to-wear collection at Fashion Week. 

 The red carpet is her runway!!! Bonang posed for pictures on the red carpet as she made her way to the Byran Lars show. She showed off her beautiful jumpsuit which she paired with a sheer oversize longsleeve jacket by designer Tracy Reese

And then she was spotted attending the Cocktails with Claire event, hosted by bomb blogger Claire Summers of the Fashion Bomb Daily. She posed for a picture with some notable fashion experts like Celebrity stylist Robert Verdi and Ty Hunter who you already know is stylist to queen Bey!

      She also posted a picture where she posed alongside pop star Christina Milian Looking good ladies!

It was yet another day to slay for Queen Bonang as she made her way to the John Paul Ataker Show looking stunning and rocking a french twist.

For her outfit, the South African beauty slid into a peach off-shoulder frill top and pants to match. Her outfit is by John Paul Ataker. She completed her look with some Guiseppe Zanotti heels and accessorized with some large gold heels. 

She hit the streets along side Claire Summers who looked dashing in lilac head-to-toe. So stunning!

 She posed back stage with the beautiful Kelly Osbourne.

 In what i think is her best street style look yet, Bonang hit the streets of NYC looking smashing in a blue two-piece by designer Malan Breton...How gorgeous does she look?! Beautiful!!!

She rocked her favorite Gedebe silver sandals and accessorized with a blue color-block stole by designer Helen Yarmak. 

In yet another fashionable look, Bonang was seen posing up in a faux jacket as she visited the Helen Yarmak Boutique looking pretty in some silver pants and heels. 

Dont you just love all her looks, she definitely made an impression at the New York Fashion Week, landing on the best dressed list of many notable fashion magazines and fashion experts. Go Africa! Dare i not give credit to her amazing stylist in the person of @iamhiddy.
