SIMPLE WAYS TO AVOID HAVING A CAMEL TOE.

As much as ladies avoid talking about the embarrassment accompanied with a public display of Camel-toes, it is very necessary to be re-enlightened and refreshed about this fashion faux pas. Of all the possible wardrobe malfunctions that could possibly happen to a lady (other than a nip-slip which tops the list), the camel toe is the most humiliating. So to avoid this undeserving wardrobe malfunction, i have outlined some simple ways to tackle this problem head on.

For those of you youngsters that might be unaware of what a camel toe is, please read by clicking here. Now we are all on the same page, i should proceed. At some point in our lives as ladies, we all must have faced the mortifying thought of finding out in public that our camel toe is out and roaming rogue, makes you want to disappear into thin air right?

If there is one thing i know about a camel toe, it is that, it doesn't discriminate it can happen to anyone at any time so it is always better to be prepared and save your lady parts the unnecessary recognition.

Basically, the CT happens when your clothing creates a cleavage in your pubic region. It is common with swimsuits, tight jeans, leggings, and short shorts. You could be hitting the gym in your favorite skin tight Yoga pants and voila that pesky "paw print" that acts like an arrow directing everyone's eyes straight to your lady parts shows up. Surprisingly, there are plenty of women out there who don't necessarily consider this a wardrobe malfunction, after all,  we've already accepted that leggings can be worn as pants and everyone has seen and virtually knows what lady part looks like.

Some people are very okay to rock their camel toes in public unshaken (beats me). Just because you think its okay doesn't make it right. The mere thought of something so private being put on display should make you cringe come'on!

Anyways, i'm here to give my two cents on how to tackle this fashion error, so without wasting any more time lets get to ways we can "Camelflague" or conceal the CT.

 1. Choosing the right clothing; Pay attention to FIT & FABRIC.

This is primarily where it starts from. Sometimes, we ladies just want to wear something within reach or something fashionable or something comfortable and we end up choosing the clothing and disregarding the possible wardrobe malfunction that is the "camel toe". Stubbornly, when we make up our minds to wear that particular outfit, we stick to it saying "what the heck, no one would notice ill'd just adjust it, ill throw on a cardigan or hide it with my shopping bag (like Khloe did). We stick with our guts forgetting we are going out in public. You get out there and get super uncomfortable, you're bothered everyone is watching you adjust your clothes crazily like you are suffering from a flee bite. I dont think ladies should be that uninformed or lazy or strong-headed about doing the right thing. As long as you know its there, you are never going to be settled so just get an appropriate outfit and save yourself the unwarranted embarrassment.

It is also very important to chose the right size of clothing because, the number one cause of camel-toes are ill-fitted clothes. When your clothes are too tight around your crotch area they tend to out everything on display thus causing a camel-toe. So when next you decide to but some pants, make sure they fit properly. Also, Camel toe can be a problem with stretchier fabrics, such as yoga pants, leggings, tights and different types of work out gear. When buying clothing, especially work-out gears, make sure to check for those that have built-in lining at the crotch. The extra layer is designed to reduce embarrassing problems like the camel toe. Try to Stay away from 100-percent Spandex clothing. Also, avoid linen and polyester fabrics, especially if it's warm out. These types of fabrics are more likely to cause camel toe.

2 . Wear Underwear; Pick your panties carefully.

This is actually my number one method of avoiding camel-toes. If you actively want to avoid having a camel toe, don’t go “commando” (without underwear). Going without underwear will increase the chances of you having this problem. Especially when you're wearing fabric that is thin or made out of material that stretches or is lighter in color. If you don’t wear underwear with such already unsupported fabric, you’ve got a double problem. Wear thicker panties. The panties are less likely to cause camel toe because they won’t get pulled into your private parts as easily. Thicker panties will also provide some support, smoothing out lines.

Also, try to buy jeans, slacks or workout gear that contains multiple seams.
For example, you could look for clothing with seams that have a V-formation in the crotch area.
Clothing that has a single seam running through the crotch area is more prone to camel toe. That’s because the looser fabric will more easily creep into your private area, and we all know how embarrassing it is to adjust a wedgie in public.

3.  Wear a panty liner

If you’re already out on the town, and you realize you have camel toe, a quick fix is to wear a panty liner. Many beauty pageant contestants use this trick. Instead of wearing the panty liner vertically like you normally would, fasten it to your underwear horizontally, and place it around the seat of your underwear. You can think of this maneuver as applying the panty liner as if it is a Band-aid. Trust me it really works.

Most people would recommend wearing darker colored clothes, i read that a a lot online and in women's magazine's but personally i dont think that really works. Take Khloe here who is head-to-toe in black and her CT is still visible (brow raised). Every other preventive measure mentioned i can vouch for, not just the wearing of dark clothes. By the way, Khloe Kardashian makes an awesome model for my discussion today not because she is the only one who suffers this problem, but because she is "Khloe Kardashian" and it further buttresses my point that indeed, CT's doesn't discriminate against anyone. Celebrity or not it will pop-out anywhere and on any one. Also, Khloe suffers this problem a lot and she has been very vocal about it. Most people will just evasively dodge the discussion but not Khloe, we all know how bold she is and i love that about her.
