In the most alluring photo shoot yet, Phenomenal Photographer Ty Bello Teams up with Africa's number one actress Genevieve Nnaji, for the Thisday Style Magazine's December issue.

Veteran Photographer TY Bello has a lot to say "I started off my photography journey as a documentary photographer .. The images . Though they leaned towards portraiture were always very ‘strong’ and ‘gritty’. Stronger images always seemed to have more depth.. And the images were successful too., I got to have them hung in prestigious galleries and biennales around the world..from the Palais des Beaux-arts to the National center for photography in New York...

My work was finding its place in the art world . There was always something missing though..and I knew it .I was secretly in love with beauty of a different kind.. It was missing in the work I put out on a pedestal. It became clearer when I had a long conversation with Cameroonian photographer Angele Essamba. In the past, I would shy away from showing any one I respected in contemporary photography my portaits of beauty ., they were not ‘strong’ … I was right .. They were not . It wasn’t the beauty in the images that weakened them .. I just needed to grow. To understand beauty and to find my own approach. I’ve been on this journey for ten years. Always questioning the work and holding back .. Then pushing again. But every once in a while I photograph someone who helps me have those real conversations with beauty .. Conversations that go somewhere.

Genevieve Nnaji is one of those subjects ., maybe she has her own versions of those conversations within her self. Or maybe it’s because she’s a strong beautiful woman with a clear sense of who she is. When I photograph her, I see someone not caught up in but truly understands the power of beauty . That its sometimes enough . It can have a voice in the image that doesn’t have to be vain and empty. God makes Beautiful...And it will always have our attention. How much sky do we really need? For instance...And must the sun set so uniquely today...

There’s power in making a beautiful portrait .. It’s power that I’m still leaning to understand...Letting every attribute and feature tell its own story …as written by the Maker''

Hi ladies, lets talk serious for a moment...Its no news that the 'waist trainer' was a big trend in the year 2015. Every fashion house, every online website, Ladies at the gym, fashion bloggers, beauty vendors went on and on and either talked about it or had it on. Celebrities, never stopped obsessing about it, but sincerely what is your take on the waist trainer... should we move on with it into 2016 or should we forget about it? In my own opinion....HELL YES! (my opinion please)

Thanks to our favorite Brady bunch 'The Kardashians' (we have to give them credit), the waist trainer became a trend. Kim attributes it to helping her loose the post-baby belly fat and helping her regain her shape again. When Kim says stuff like that, trust designers to make the clincher available in all shapes and forms and us ladies to hurry up and splurge on them. But, do they really work? well ladies it does work alot!!!

In the recent past, actress Jessica Alba raved about how wearing a waist trainer day and night for three months helped her lose baby weight, and now we’ve got the entire Kardashian Klan (i had to stick with the K lol) sporting the waist trainer.

Kim is clearly obsessed with training her waist...she claims it helps her shed off all the baby fat.

Older sister Kourtney, followed in Kims steps after having baby number 2.

Khloe has been rocking an enviable body lately...she attributes it to her instense and committed work- out routine as well as her premadonna waist trainer.

Even the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan Kylie cant seem to do without a waist trainer.

Amber rose gave us a glimpse of her waist trainer.

Musicians; Ciara and Casey showed of their waist trainers.

So this brings me back to the million dollar question? Are these for they really work? Well ladies, we must have read or heard about the series of damages these waist clinchers can do to your body and how detrimental they can be on your organs. But, my take on this topic in particular is very different, not because i dont believe it has a downside, but because i have seen it in action and i have seen the wonders it performs on reducing belly fat. So yes, this is'nt for show!!!
Wearers of waist clinchers have been known to shed alot of belly fat, which we know is a major problem area for most women. Also, most people can testify it helps in bulidng your self confidence; most ladies feel better when they wear clothes and don't have to worry about one body part sticking out or the other in an unflattering way...

However, my little advice to ladies is, don't over do it!!! Have a target you want that waist at and go for it...It is a very overwhelming feeling as you soon start to reach for the stars wanting that hour glass figure, don't!!! More so, ladies are advice to work out with their clinchers not just wear them at home sitting all day, you want to work on that tummy muscle, so when the clincher goes out there's something there to fantasize about.

One of my favorite inspirations to use a clincher has been this beautiful lady up here...Hair and make up stylist Edee Beau. She started her waist training journey as you can see up there and now she has a banging body. Anything that makes a woman feel sexier and better in and out of clothes is definitely going to get my yes!!! we are marching gracefully into 2016 with out waist trainers...

oh!!! that's me getting my waist training on *wink wink*

Hi ladies happy weekend, hope we are having a fabulous weekend so far cus i am *grin*!!!
So today I'm back to talk about a very essential piece of item that every lady needs to have in their possession; "A Wig"... I cannot begin to emphasize the importance of having wigs literarily, because i never used to be a wig person. For one, i thought they made me look older....weird right! Now, i am of a very different and fashionable opinion and i cannot seem to get enough of wigs.

Thank God for modern day styling...wigs don't have to be the ugly bob, overly synthetic, very combustible tangly material they used to be back Now almost every hair style can be made into a wig and better off with your amazingly luscious human hair.
Its very important for every lady, young or old, to own a wig these days because, they are not just convenient for the days you're too tired to go to the salon to get that hair fixed  but they also come in
handy in several ways which i will be reviewing below.

Firstly, wigs are great for hiding hair issues that many young girls and women have. It can conceal the hair of those who have receding hair lines, which most ladies don't find comfortable exposing to the public. It can also conceal the hair of those who suffer from hair loss. There are many different reasons why a person would experience hair loss, it could be poor nutrition, bad hair practices, and even illnesses such as cancer...Thank God for wigs.

Also, you can save a lot of time by choosing to wear a wig. Many women live busy lives and have crazy schedules. From mom's that works full-time jobs and are always on the go or looses free time looking after your husband and household daily. You could also be a student with a full schedule of classes or a business woman that’s fulfilling the needs of her customers or clients while doing a lot of traveling. In these times, you’ll appreciate how convenient and easy it is to put on a wig that makes you look good without having to do much.

Let’s face it, sometimes our hair can be annoying and not behave in the way we want.   Instead of taking the time to figure out how to make it look right, you can choose to throw on a nice looking wig of your choice. This is convenient especially if you don’t have the time nor the patience to deal with your natural hair on a particular day. Most wigs you can purchase are already styled and ready-to-wear.  Just quickly run a comb, your fingers, or a brush through the wig and you’re out the door!

Wigs are also great for protection. The less you manipulate your natural hair, the more likely it’ll grow healthier, stronger, and longer.  Many women choose to wear wigs because they want to give their hair a break. The hair might be damaged from heat, coloring, bleaching, harsh weather conditions or just too much stress on the hair in general. By wearing wigs as a protective hairstyle, many women have noticed more strength and growth in their hair.
Lastly, Wearing wigs regularly can save you a lot of money in the long run.   Instead of having to visit the salon multiple times a month to style your hair, you can substitute that with a wig that is already the style you want.  The best thing about this is, you can always put it down and revisit that look months later without having to pay for that style again!   The key is to take good care of the wig and it would serve you for a lengthy period of time.
